●  Exclusive use of Magnolia Manor for the entire weekend, 4:00 PM Friday  to 11:00 AM Sunday which includes all
         common areas of the Manor House, the grounds, the 4500 sq ft Carriage House Pavilion with no curfews,
          noise restrictions or time limits.
     ●  Overnight accommodations Friday and Saturday, 5 suites, up to15 guests. (Additional lodging available).
     ●  Full Breakfast prepared on site and served in the Manor House Saturday and Sunday for all overnight guests.
         (House rule #1; no guest leaves hungry!)
     ●  Use of grounds for wedding and/or engagement portrait.
     ●  Unlimited choice of ceremony sites on the estate grounds.  Whether on the Manor House porch, under the
         blooming magnolia, under historic oak trees, nestled in the embracing arms of the pecan orchard or situated near
         the Carriage House Pavilion, the selection of your ceremony site is limited only by your dream and imagination of
         the Old South.
     ●  Bridal bouquet, groom boutonnière, 2 mothers corsages, 3 bridesmaids
         flowers, 3 grooms boutonnières and 2 fathers boutonnières and flower girl
         basket with rose pedals, all of in-season flowers.
     ●  Seated reception buffet for100 guests in the elegantly decorated Carriage House Pavilion; formal menu consisting
         of multiple entree selections and caterer by Magnolia Manor culinary staff.
     ●  Floral center pieces with votive candles on all tables designed with in-season flowers and
         coordinated to the brides colors..
     ●  Wedding cake custom designed and professionally prepared to  the brides specifications.
     ●  Cake cutting service with antique cake knife and comb.
     ●  Music and MC services for reception by professional DJ for four hours.
     ●  Bring your own alcohol at no additional fee.
     ●  All required tables, chairs, linens, glassware, antique silverware, set-up and clean-up.

The prices below are offered to show you how the price changes with the size of your guest list for the reception with a fifty guest minimum.  These prices are based on the Magnolia Manor Reception Buffet included in the package.  You can contact us for a copy of the menu options. 

Weekend Wedding Package -   50 guests - $12,950 plus tax
Weekend Wedding Package -   75 guests - $14,450 plus tax
Weekend Wedding Package - 100 guests - $15,950 plus tax

Magnolia Manor also offers an over-the-top Southern BBQ for the reception that reduces the package price by $20 per guest with a fifty guest minimum.  The prices below illustrate how the package price changes when you select the Southern BBQ menu.

We also offer certain enhancements that have been very popular.  They are listed below as well as a few considerations that the bride must provide.

Enhancements:

Rehearsal Dinner - $26.00 per guest (25 guest minimum)

Alcohol - Flexible Policy - $16.00 per guest

The packages do not include alcohol.  Our policy is very flexible.  You can either bring your own to take advantage of some savings or we can provide an open bar at the reception, beer and wine for four hours for $16 per guest  for 100 guests.

Interim Garden Reception - $8.00 per guest

   A gathering in the garden area behind the Manor House where hors d'ourvres are
   served during the photo session.  Most photographers need about 45 minutes for
   photos immediately follow the ceremony.  This of offered to occupy your guests
   during that period of time, after which they move to the Carriage House Pavilion
   for the reception.

Horse and Carriage - Priced by service provider, about $750 for 4 hours

Additional Bunk House Suite - $250 per night for 4 guests
