The list below presents all that is included in the Weekend Wedding Package.   If you were to try to contract for each individual service you would quickly realize the value of this offering, not to mention the stress of managing all of the different service providers when you should be savoring every moment of your special day.

     ●  Exclusive use of Magnolia Manor for the entire weekend, 4:00 PM Friday
         to 11:00 AM Sunday which includes all common areas of the Manor House,
         the grounds, the 2000 sq ft Carriage House Pavilion and a 2400 sq ft wedding
         canopy for you rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, wedding and reception.
     ●  Overnight accommodations Friday and Saturday, 5 suites, 10 guests.
          (Additional lodging available)
     ●  Breakfast Saturday and Sunday for all overnight guests.
     ●  Use of grounds for wedding and/or engagement portrait
     ●  Your choice of wedding sites on 13 acres.
     ●  Bridal bouquet, groom boutonnière, 2 mothers corsages, 3 bridesmaids
          flowers, 3 grooms boutonnières and 2 fathers boutonnières and flower girl
          basket with rose pedals, all of in-season flowers.
     ●  Reception buffet for 100 guests in the elegantly decorated Carriage House
          Pavilion caterer by Magnolia Manor.
     ●  Wedding cake with cake cutting service.
     ●  Music for reception by professional DJ.
     ●  All required tables, chairs, linens, glassware, set-up and clean-up.
     ●  Wedding Coordinator

Weekend Wedding Package -   75 guests - $13,300 plus tax
Weekend Wedding Package - 100 guests - $14,950 plus tax
Weekend Wedding Package - 150 guests - $17,450 plus tax
Weekend Wedding Package - 200 guests - $19,900 plus tax

We also offer certain enhancements that have been very popular.  They are listed below as well as a few considerations that the bride must provide.

Enhancements:

Rehearsal Dinner - $26.00 per guest (25 guest minimum)

  Casual Southern BBQ prepared on site and served buffet style in the
  Carriage House Pavilion

Interim Garden Reception - $8.00 per guest

   A gathering in the garden area behind the Manor House where hors d'ourvres are
   served during the photo session.  Most photographers need about 45 minutes for
   photos immediately follow the ceremony.  This of offered to occupy your guests
   during that period of time, after which they move to the Carriage House Pavilion
   for the reception.

Horse and Carriage - Priced by service provider, about $750 for 4 hours

Additional Guests at Reception - $65 per guest over quoted price

Additional Bunk House Suite - $250 per night for 4 guests
