in the Sunday Wedding Package. This package is offered on
Sunday afternoon. The many links on our front page offer
photos and information about Magnolia Manor but if you have any
additional questions, please feel free to contact us as we routinely
tailor the package to the brides vision of her Special Day!
Sunday
Wedding Package - $10,900 plus tax
● Exclusive use of Magnolia
Manor from 3:00 PM Sunday until 10:00 PM Sunday which
includes the grounds, the
4500 sq ft Carriage House Pavilion
for your wedding and
reception and two rooms in the Manor House for changing.
● Wedding rehearsal upon arrival at 3:00 PM.
● Use of grounds for wedding and/or engagement portrait.
● Your choice of wedding sites on 13 acres.
● Bridal bouquet, groom boutonnière, 2 mothers corsages, 3
bridesmaids flowers,
3 grooms boutonnières and 2 fathers boutonnières and flower girl
basket with rose
pedals, all of in-season flowers and floral centerpieces on all tables.
● Seated Reception Buffet in the elegantly decorated Carriage
House Pavilion with
multiple entrée selections prepared by Magnolia Manor culinary staff.
● Center pieces of elegant floral presentations with votive
candles on all tables with
in-season flowers coordinated with the brides colors.
● Wedding cake custom designed and professionally prepared
to the brides specifications
with cake cutting service using antique cake knife and comb.
● Music and MC services for reception by professional DJ for
four hours.
● Cost saving option to bring your own alcohol, bar tender
provided for four hrs.
● All required tables, chairs, linens, glassware, antique
silverware, set-up and clean-up.
● Magnolia Manor Wedding Coordinator and full professional
staff.
The Sunday Wedding
Package can be modified in many ways to accommodate your special
day. The most common adjustments are for different menu selections
and various sized guest lists. The Sunday Wedding Package adjusts by
$50 per guest for the Southern BBQ menu and by $70 per guest for the
Magnolia Manor Reception Buffet as follows, all subject to normal
sales tax.

We
also offer certain enhancements that have been very popular.
They are listed below as well as a few considerations that the bride
must provide.
Enhancements:
Interim Garden
Reception - $10.00 per guest
A gathering in the garden area behind the Manor House where
hors d'oeuvres are
served during the photo session. Most photographers need
about 45 minutes for
photos immediately follow the ceremony. This of offered to
occupy your guests
during that period of time, after which they move to the Carriage
House Pavilion
for the reception.
Horse and Carriage - Priced by service provider, about $750
for 4 hours
