Magnolia Manor Plantation Bed and Breakfast is a
non-smoking facility. Smoking is permitted on the
porches. There is a $1000 cleaning fee for smoking
anywhere in the building. |

Check out:

Normal check-in time is after 3:00 PM and check out
time is before 11:00 AM. Special arrangements can be
accommodated with prior notice. |

Caterers: |
Magnolia Manor recommends Taste of Eden; our in-house
caterer. Guests may utilize alternate caterers
provided the alternate caterer works from a commercial kitchen
permitted by their local Health Department. Magnolia Manor reserves the right to refuse any
alternate caterer in order to ensure a quality experience. |

Candles:

Magnolia Manor Plantation Bed and Breakfast will be
glad to provide candles for use in your room upon
request. Due to fire insurance regulations candles
must meet certain specifications. |

Cancellation: |
Individual suite reservation can be cancelled without
charge 2 weeks prior to the date of arrival. If
your plans change after the two week period above, we
will gladly provide gift certificates for another
date, subject to availability. Events fees are
due 60 days prior to the date of the event and are
non-refundable once paid. |

Payment: |

payment by cash or check but will accept your credit
card |

Pets:

Barron, our Brittany Spaniel, stays in our personal
areas. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate
additional pets. |
