Routes 1, 85, 95 and 401. We are
about 25 minutes from Lake Gaston, just below the
North Carolina - Virginia state line. The
driving directions below are provided for your
reference from most of the major metropolitan areas.

From
Raleigh Area: - about 70 minutes
from North Raleigh |
Take US-401
north. US-401 can be accessed from Capital Blvd
or by traveling through Wake Forest on RT. 98. Continue
North on RT. 401 through Louisburg.
North of Louisburg, in Ingleside, US-401 bears to the right and RT. 39 goes straight.
Bear right and
stay on US-401 towards Warrenton. Watch for our sign on the left 2 1/2 miles before you get to Warrenton
and just 1 mile past the Bridal Creek Historical Marker. |

From Durham Area:
- about 20 minutes from the I85 exit -
(DO NOT FOLLOW MAPQUEST!) |
Take
I85 North from the Durham area. North of
Henderson, take exit 215 and turn left at the light onto US-158. Go .7 miles
and turn right onto Warrenton Road,
which is also RT. 1001. Stay on RT. 1001 all the way into Warrenton. At the second
light in
Warrenton, turn right onto Main Street, which is also RT. 401. Continue south on
US-401 for 2 1/2
miles and watch
for our sign on the right. |

From Rocky Mount:
- about 45 minutes |
Take RT. 43 north
to Warrenton. RT. 43 becomes RT. 58 and ends at
RT. 158 about 30 miles from
Rocky Mount. Turn left onto RT. 158 and go into Warrenton. At
the first light in Warrenton, turn
left onto Main Street, which is also US-401 south. Continue 2 1/2
miles south on RT. 401 and watch
for our sign on the right. |

From Roanoke Rapids:

Take
RT. 158 towards Warrenton and stay on RT. 158 right
into Warrenton.
At the first light in
Warrenton, turn left onto Main Street, which is also US-401 south.
Continue 2 1/2 miles south
on US-401 and watch for our sign on the right. |

From Richmond: -
about 2 hours from Richmond |
Take I 95 south
towards Petersburg. Take exit 51 from I95 onto
I85 south. Continue on I85 south and cross the NC/VA line.
Take exit 229 from I85 and turn left onto Oine Road. Oine Road takes you into the town of Norlina. In Norlina, from Oine
Road, turn left onto
US-1/US-158. Turn right onto US-401 and follow signs to Warrenton on US-401. At the second light in
Warrenton, turn right. This is still US-401 and you will be traveling south through Warrenton on Main Street.
Continue
through Warrenton on US-401 and watch for our sign on the right, 2 1/2
miles south of Warrenton. |
